In 1960's, the horror movies tended to focus on a main charcater, usually being a monster, with the rest of the movie showing how the other characters tried to defeat this monster. Examples of these movies would be films like 'The Blob' or 'The Fly'. this is indeed a time line - it identifies horror film posters from each decade, this is however where it stops. you needed to explain the changes and suggest some context to these changes - there where examples on the link provided in the blog.
